How To Spend Too Much Money On Stuff: A Guide By Me

By: Emma Sumrell

welcome to my world of favorite products, where there is a thin line between necessity and indulgence. as i find myself online shopping on the reg (especially this time of year) one thing remains a constant: a need for a large pour to accompany every necessary and unnecessary purchase. so pour yourself a glass or (two) and join me as i reveal the treasures that keep me both delighted and intoxicated.

1. Glow Your Own Way Tan Gel– pro tip, use a tanning mitt so you don’t show up to Pilates class looking a streaky flaming hot Cheeto.

2. Colored Wine Glasses– i never thought that something i have viewed as a mere vessel to get to the good stuff could also double as art. she’s growing up!

3. Grip Pilates Socks– there are not enough words to describe the importance of these grip socks. last time i checked Pilates isn’t a contact sport- and take it from someone whose learned this lesson more times than I like to admit, gravity always wins.

4. L’Oréal Hard Water Shampoo– I’ve never been much of a L’Oréal fan but living with hard water has turned my hair into a frizz ball that would have a really successful career starring in static electricity commercials. you’re welcome.

5. Sol De Janeiro Cheirosa ’62 Hair & Body Fragrance Mist- or as I like to call it, Coconut Calamity, this is vacation in a bottle. run, don’t walk.
